I partner with stakeholders, business owners, and design teams to translate complex business and technical requirements into human-centered customer experiences. I drive UX strategies and provide creative leadership to help brands develop the most usable, valuable, and desirable products in the marketplace.

  • Launched and promoted a full-scale design system including visual language and tone of voice documentation using Sketch and InVision DSM.
  • Established accessibility (WCAG 2.0) evaluation, remediation, and workflow processes.
  • Directed and assisted a diverse team of remotely located designers, front-end developers, and marketers in the launch of a complex web application with a 15-month lifecycle.
  • Designed and facilitated client workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder critiques.
  • Trained clients and new designers in UX and Design Thinking fundamentals.
  • Drove strategy and development of branding, marketing, and pe-sales material.

Conducted UX research and led the design, development, and launch of digital products for Fortune 500 clients. Established and mentored a creative team of 10 designers, front-end developers, and copywriters. Recognized for creating award-winning digital products including responsive websites, ECRM programs, and social media campaigns.

  • Developed marketing and e-commerce websites using HTML5, CSS3, wireframing, and rapid prototyping tools including Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InVision. 
  • Performed extensive content and UX audits using a heuristic evaluation product I designed (AUDIT(sm)) specifically to reveal conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Directed multi-channel teams in full-stack redesigns of enterprise websites.
  • Facilitated design sprints, discovery workshops, usability research, and persona development for web design projects of various size and scope.
  • Consulted closely with stakeholders to discover and deliver elegant solutions that both exceed business goals and delight users.
  • Architected and designed ECRM frameworks built to extend audience segmentation, personalization, and deployment efficiencies.
