BRIEF: Nonprofits work hard for every dollar they raise, and establishing a clear and effective communication strategy with their donor base is mission-critical. Wounded Warrior Program (WWP) challenged us to redesign and optimize their emails, display ads, and landing page experience.
BOTTOM LINE: The new program is surpassing client expectations and crushing all metrics. Donations are up and brand sentiment is at its highest in years.
EMAIL TESTING
Our customers wake up each day to a deluge of new emails in their inbox. The competition for their attention is fierce. Designing emails that get opened and acted upon require diligently testing the smallest detail: subject lines, preheader messages, CTA placement, copy length and interactive elements like animation and countdown clocks. The secret is to try it all until you find the winning combination. Then, start trying to beat that formula with something even better.
MULTI-CHANNEL EXPERIENCE
Engaging donors in today's digital environments is no small task. Banner ads, social media posts, YouTube Playlists and on-site visits are just a few of the points along the customer journey that require consideration if you want to stay top-of-mind.
