Crafting cross-channel experiences for Ma Bell.
BRIEF: From promotional emails to triggered campaigns–digital display ads to dynamic microsites–we've done it all. For over 6 years, I've partnered with AT&T to steward their brand, increase engagement, and optimize lead generation.
BOTTOM LINE: During the 2017 Holiday season, we created a powerful email communication strategy that generated a 647% lift in conversions, and upped click-through-rates by 397%.
Customers are in control of the journey.
