Company Dotcom Sports a New Email Design

The last 12-15 months found us working tirelessly to take several big name clients through the process of redesigning their ECRM programs. Retooling email templates was becoming one of our mainstays around the office. Responsive design is something most clients are keenly aware of, and (finally) budgets seems to have finally relaxed enough to allow most of our customers to get off the sidelines and into the game.

The good news was we were learning tons about how to scope and design responsive products. the bad news was we'd found ourselves in a work vortex and had over scheduled to the point of neglecting our our communication efforts. The time had come to take a breath and focus on our own emails. Several weeks later and none-the-worse for wear, we've launched the new BKV Newsletter.

This particular email is targeted to our existing clients, new business contacts and friends of the agency. Content is procured from our blog posts and other thought leadership resources authored by our partners and leadership teams. The new design sports a single column, banded layout that allows the BKV PR and Social team to make quick work of determining content priority editing copy in realtime and makes for quick reading and ensure our subscribers can scan quickly and read easily.

A handful of BKV designers helped out on this project, making me look extra good. An official tip of the hat to Lee Summers and Jamie Russo.
